Abstract: Patrick Vallance explores the inextricably linked challenges of biodiversity loss and climate change. Building on the launch of CSaP’s Policy Fellows Climate and Sustainability Cluster, in partnership with the Natural History Museum, Sir Patrick will delve deeper into questions such as: How can we generate the same public and political attention for biodiversity as for net zero? What are the compelling narratives for action that resonate with people’s experiences? And how can nature be part of a unifying solution as we implement both the Paris Agreement and the Global Biodiversity Framework?
