Abstract: Students on the MPhil in Conservation Leadership come from a diverse spectrum of countries and cultures; the 2017–18 cohort fielded talented and experienced conservationists from the Amazonian rainforests of Peru to the scattered islands of Fiji and all points in between. They recognise the interconnectedness and interdependence of the planet’s habitats, and they share a sense of stewardship for the lands and seas of their homes.

Join Chris Sandbrook, Director of the MPhil, and current and past students Sushmita Mandal (St Edmunds 2010), Marcelo Oliveira da Costa (Girton 2013) and Japheth Roberts (Downing 2017) to talk about the challenges facing life on earth, and the race to equip future conservation leaders to build a more equitable and abundant future.
