In Lent Term 2016 students in their first and second year of the Tripos in Italian here at Cambridge ‘virtually’ interviewed the author Andrea Camilleri in his home in Rome. In preparation for the interview they were invited to work on a small portion of the author’s vast production, accessing it either in Italian, in translation, or in its TV adaptation. They were then asked to formulate questions for Camilleri, and the most interesting ones were selected for the interview.
