| Abstract: | Look at the girl in the middle, who represents a Silver minus performance. She responds to, and builds on, the views expressed by others to articulate her own perspective. She listens carefully and gives clear reasons to support her considered views, though these are often very brief. Despite the slightly awkward seating arrangement, she tries to give appropriate eye contact to both of the others in the group. However, she does not seek any further information from the others, nor does she initiate or guide the discussion.
Considering the group as a whole, there is little evidence of high level performance in relation to the relevant features of the Skills Framework. Members of the group all engage in the discussion, but there is little evidence of them reasoning together. |
